This role has arisen due to recent team changes, and the business is looking for someone who can step in quickly and take ownership of design coordination from early stages through delivery. The position blends early‑stage concept design input, technical coordination, and day‑to‑day management of design information across fast‑paced fit‑out environments. Key Responsibilities Contribute to concept and feasibility design for commercial interiors, including sketches, layouts, and early-stage studies. Coordinate design information between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Support or lead the design process through pre‑construction, procurement, and delivery phases.
