We are an independent Land Rover and Range Rover specialist based in Berkshire since 1981, renowned for reliable work, honest advice and high standards, and we are looking for a technician who takes pride in quality and enjoys problem-solving.
As a Technician, you will work hands-on in the workshop across a variety of classic and modern Land Rover and Range Rover models. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include servicing, maintenance, repairs and inspections to a high standard, performing diagnostics and fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems, using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and specialist tools, ensuring vehicles meet safety and quality standards before returning to customers, and working closely with the team to provide a smooth and professional service.
We welcome skilled technicians as well as those eager to specialise in Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles. If you have experience with other premium brands such as BMW, Audi or Jeep, your skills are transferable and full training will be provided. You will need NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent), strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, confidence with electrical systems and diagnostic equipment, attention to detail, a safety-first approach, the ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly, and a full UK driving licence. Experience with Land Rover and Range Rover models is desirable but not essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000–£50,000 depending on experience, with overtime opportunities for experienced technicians. Additional benefits include 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension scheme, sick pay after probation, employee discounts on parts and services, training and development opportunities including Land Rover certifications, workwear and modern tools supplied, Monday to Friday hours from 8am to 5pm with no weekend working, and referral bonuses for introducing skilled friends to the team.
