Our Client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic and expanding team, based at our headquarters in Banbridge, Co. Down. With a focus on ROI and UK markets, this is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and the construction sector. The Role This position plays a key role within our operations team, responsible for: Expanding our client base and generating new business leads Managing key accounts with both existing and new clients Driving target-based sales across a variety of construction sectors, with a focus on Tier 1 Main Contractors Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of our product range and competitor offerings Identify and pursue new business opportunities Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to quotation, negotiation, and conversion Input and maintain client details in the company CRM Assess the commercial viability of incoming enquiries Collaborate with the estimating team and assist in pricing Prepare handover packs for both estimating and operations/contracts teams Regularly issue and follow up on quotations Prepare weekly status reports for live quotes Utilise industry databases to support lead generation What Were Looking For Proven experience in a Business Development or Commercial Sales role within the Construction or Builders Merchant industry Strong understanding of the construction sector and sales processes Confident in engaging with senior-level decision-makers Excellent communication, presentation, and IT skills (especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Ability to handle multiple key accounts in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude and commitment to meeting targets Strong time management and organisational skills A full, valid driving licence What We Offer Competitive salary, dependent on experience Attractive performance-based bonus structure A supportive team culture in a fast-growing company Opportunities for professional development and career progression
