About the Role
As Bar Manager, you will take the lead in creating a stylish, welcoming atmosphere in our Bar & Garden Terrace, an elegant and vibrant social space for locals and guests alike.
You will:
Craft and innovate with premium ingredients to serve signature cocktails and timeless classics
Inspire and lead your team to deliver impeccable 5* service
Ensure consistency, quality, and creativity in every drink
Deliver unforgettable guest experiences, always aiming for 100% satisfaction
Drive beverage sales, manage stock and supplier relations, and ensure compliance with licensing and health standards
About You
You are an experienced Bar professional who:
Has a strong background in high-end hospitality or luxury venues
Is confident mixing cocktails, managing a team, and handling the business side of a bar
Thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about drinks and design
