Job Title: Assessment Processing Manager (Assessor)
Salary: £29,700 - £38,550
Location: Cambridge/Coventry Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
About the role
* Deliver an agreed set of operational processes and procedures.
* Establish relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and key stakeholders.
* Contribute to new developments and the delivery of new products and services.
* Provide reports on progress as required to members of management.

* Excellent organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities under pressure.
* Proactive approach to personal development.
* Experience monitoring performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
* Experience with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to changing operational demands and priorities.
Desirable knowledge, skills and experience
* Excellent understanding of marking and quality assurance processes.
* Knowledge of Cambridge International products and their delivery.
* Understanding of the impact when implementing change within Cambridge International.
* Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within an assessment environment.
