Rate of Pay: Starting: £53,153, after probation: £55,761, after two years £59,029
Hours: 39 hours per week
Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled and committed Registered Manager for our exceptional Children's Home located in Formby, which accommodates up to six young individuals with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Clumber Lodge offers a nurturing and secure family atmosphere, where our experienced and qualified staff deliver the highest standard of care to vulnerable, traumatized, and disadvantaged children and young people.
The Registered Manager will oversee the daily operations of the residential setting, ensure a safe and supportive environment while balance the immediate needs of the residents with the long-term objectives aimed at achieving positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will consistently prioritize the safety and well-being of the young people in our care.
Experience and Skills:
* Committed and driven individual with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
* Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent and is pursuing or willing to pursue a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children & Young People.
* Extensive management experience in a residential setting, working directly with young people.
* Compassionate leader with a strong dedication to fostering personal growth and development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and support.
