We are seeking a results-driven, target-focused sales assistant to join our store team. If you enjoy engaging with customers, achieving and exceeding sales goals, and leaving a lasting impression, Pandora is the place for you!

The Role
Our sales assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing their product knowledge.
You will interact with people on every shift, helping create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
What to Expect
* Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
* Build relationships by answering queries, delivering exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual customers’ personalities, preferences, and needs.
* Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and provide unforgettable customer experiences.
* Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.
* Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly.
* Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards, taking pride in your environment.
* Operate the till system, handle transactions, including returns and exchanges.
