To support this, they are looking for a skilled analyst to drive smarter business decisions and uncover actionable insights through data.
The Role
As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in leveraging rich datasets to inform strategic decisions across pricing, operations, and marketing. You will analyse patterns, optimise processes, and contribute to business-critical reporting. You’ll also be instrumental in building automated dashboards and visualisations to bring data to life for stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role, suited to someone highly numerate, commercially minded, and motivated to make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyse large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and commercial opportunities
2. Optimise and maintain pricing and performance models across complex structures
3. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
4. Use SQL to extract, clean, and manipulate large volumes of data from multiple sources
5. Apply statistical techniques (e.g., regression, clustering) to generate insights
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to support decision-making
7. Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
8. Support A/B testing design and evaluation for continuous product and process improvement
9. Help define KPIs and monitor performance across key business areas
Key Skills and Experience
10. 3+ years’ experience in a commercial data analysis role
11. Strong SQL skills with experience working on large relational databases
12. Proficient in data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
13. Exposure to Python or R for analysis and modelling
14. Experience with A/B testing frameworks and interpreting results
15. Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking abilities
16. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
17. Able to work independently and prioritise across multiple projects
Desirable
18. Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
19. Knowledge of operational or logistics data
20. Experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, or tech-enabled services
