Location: Lumley, Co Durham
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Water Supply Team as a Business Process Support member (known internally as an Operations Support Assistant). This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with operational and maintenance teams, supporting data management and system processes that are vital to our asset operations.
Responsibilities
* Collate and present new data requests for approval.
* Carry out essential functions with a basic understanding of Maximo, including work order management and PM regeneration.
* Complete and populate data templates for bulk uploads into Maximo.
* Understand how reporting metrics within Maximo can be applied to water supply operations.
* Help manage a shared mailbox, responding to queries within set timeframes and escalating issues to the appropriate departments.
* Understand Maximo configuration data and its integration with the Asset Management System; identify and resolve simple data inaccuracies.
* Utilise Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups; training or courses can be provided if needed.

* Attention to detail and accuracy; competence in using Microsoft software is essential.
