Job Description:
Are you currently a Student Teacher looking to expand your experience while completing your teaching qualification?
Education Supply Pool is a PAYE employer recruiting Student Teachers to work in Newport and surrounding areas on a supply basis immediately.
Supply work is ideal for those wanting to experience different schools, maintain flexibility around work, and sharpen skills before pursuing a permanent role. Holding a valid UK driver’s license would increase opportunities.
The successful candidate:
* Are you on course to obtain QTS, PGCE, or a BA in Education?
* Have a minimum of 3 months teaching experience within a UK primary or secondary school?
* Can handle challenging behaviour and maintain discipline?
* Can plan innovative and creative lessons aligned with Education and Training standards?
* Can liaise with staff to deliver curriculum?
* Can assess pupils' progress?
* Can inspire and motivate pupils?
Benefits:
* Minimum pay rate of £110 per day (M1)
