You’ll be handling warm leads and building up great relationships with your customers!

Responsibilities
* Proactively contacting warm leads
* Understanding customer needs, asking questions and being inquisitive
* Following up opportunities, checking in with customers and sending information
* Building rapport and positive relationships with customers
* Supporting the scheduling team by providing all relevant information
* Updating the CRM accurately and consistently
Qualifications
* Experienced in a phone-based position and happy to call people
* Self-managing, self-motivated, driven and hungry for continued success
* Ability and interest in building relationships with all enquiries
* A genuine interest in wanting to help people with the right solution
* Ideally some experience or an interest in working to and achieving sales targets
* Honest, trustworthy and a team player that takes pride in their work

In return, the successful Sales Advisor will receive a basic salary of £27,000, plus the following benefits…
