About the Job you are considering:
We are seeking experienced Scrum Master with strong JIRA Expertise in Banking and Finance Doamin who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
1. Technical Scrum Master with Project Management Experience
2. An understanding of Agile Scrum Events
3. Experience of coaching and mentoring others
4. Experience of delivering incremental customer value ideally within a SAFe Value Stream or ART
5. Exhibit a Lean Agile Mindset
6. Expert in Agile delivery with 56 years of experience
7. Strong domain understanding of agile and SAFe framework
8. Working experience in all phases of software development
9. Strong expertise in Scrum all scrum ceremonies Agile Matrices
10. Expert in Agile Planning and Estimation
11. Experience working with project teams to ensure overall delivery
12. Would be helpful to have experience of both front end and middleware development
13. Must have strong turnaround skills backed with sound understanding of any given problem
14. Strong communication and assertive skills
15. Strong in stake holder management and communication
16. Should be able to impart present Agile mindset and agile concepts to stockholders
