What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing first‑line and second‑line IT support via phone, remote access, and on‑site visits.
* Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and software issues (primarily Windows & Microsoft Office).
* Assisting with desktop installations at client sites.
* Supporting small business clients across Essex – independent travel will be required.
What We’re Looking For
* Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
* Confident, professional telephone manner with strong communication skills.
* Friendly, approachable, and service‑focused.
* Quick learner with a genuine interest in IT.
* Some hands‑on experience troubleshooting IT issues (home, academic, or professional).
* Confident using Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
* Comfortable speaking with customers both on the phone and in person.
* Basic networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, routers, IP addresses).
* Familiarity with PC hardware, building PCs, or virtual machines.
* Full UK driving licence and your own car.
* Full‑time role (core hours between 09:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday – exact working hours to be agreed).
