1:1 SEND Support Worker (Durham)
You’ll be the consistent support a pupil relies on each day, offering calm, reassurance and structure throughout the school day.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with SEND needs
* Helping maintain routines and engagement in learning
* Offering emotional reassurance and encouragement
* Working closely with teachers and SEN staff

* Experience supporting children with SEND
* A patient, nurturing approach
* Reliability and strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
