This role focuses on driving new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering innovative solutions across safety and digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the UK and internationally.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Develop tailored proposals and manage tender processes.
Achieve revenue and growth targets while providing market insights.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in new business or sales, not an account manager.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercial acumen and ability to identify market trends.
Preference for candidates with experience in training, oil & gas, renewables, or utilities sectors.
Location: Glasgow - Time spent in the office, but travel will be required Employment Type: Full-time Package: Competitive salary, bonus up to 20%and car allowance provided.
