Job Description
Our client is a growing company within the service sector, they are now looking to recruit new members of staff to our Inbound Sales team, working from their office based in Andover.
The company is a group of Companies that specialises in providing much needed services. They have seen rapid growth over the last few years and now employs nearly 300 staff and growing. Within the inbound team you will be dealing with customers, giving advice and selling their services, this is not a cold calling role and will be receiving inbound calls and requests from interested customers..
Summary Duties and Responsibilities of Role:
* To answer inbound sales calls to customers who have enquired through various marketing channels with the objective of answering any queries regarding the plans and setting up sales. Calls are to be answered in line with the Company’s process and FCA regulations.
* To act as a Brand Ambassador for the Company, ensuring that all activity undertaken reflects the company in a positive way and delivers exemplary Customer Service.
