Role Overview
The successful candidate will join the Experienced Hire Recruiting team and be responsible for sourcing and attracting talent across the Global Banking & Markets division. The role involves maintaining relationships with divisional leaders, executing the recruitment cycle in collaboration with key stakeholders, and partnering with Human Capital Management and global counterparts.
Responsibilities
* Partner with stakeholders to define talent needs, document requirements, and contribute to recruitment strategies.
* Execute end‑to‑end recruitment processes, managing activities from opening through offer, acceptance and commencement.
* Develop proactive talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and market research.
* Contribute to competitive compensation structuring and manage relationships with external vendors.
* Enhance candidate experience and strengthen employer brand.
* Engage with mobility and people development committees to market internal opportunities.
* Support senior Talent Acquisition professionals on sourcers, process management and headcount planning.
* Monitor recruitment trends, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking.
* Produce metrics reports to support data‑driven decision making.
Qualifications
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in a recruitment agency focused on investment banking, or a relevant TA function.
* Strong communication, relationship management, client‑facing skills and negotiation ability.
* Team player able to work effectively across teams.
* Results‑oriented and able to thrive in a deadline‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent project management skills, handling multiple priorities.
* Analytical, detail‑oriented, forward‑thinking with market trend awareness.
* Commercial awareness of the financial services industry.
