15 + years of experience with deep knowledge of PostgreSQL architecture, features, and common issues
Assisting customers with database design, performance tuning, query optimization, upgrades, patching, deployments, test data management and data migration involving PostgreSQL
Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the PostgreSQL engineering or support teams
Liaising with Product managers to identify and define product vision/roadmap
Help customers troubleshoot PostgreSQL-related issues or escalate critical problems to appropriate technical teams
Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
Develop and maintain customer-facing documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles related to PostgreSQL
Attending conferences and delivering training sessions or webinars to educate customers about PostgreSQL features and how to solve common issues
Report on customer satisfaction, support outcomes, and product feedback to internal stakeholders
Collect and analyze customer feedback regarding PostgreSQL product features and support quality
