 
        
        We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, providing person-centred care and support to individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and complex health conditions.
 About the Role:
 As a Support Worker, you will help individuals live fulfilling and independent lives, promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion. Your duties will include supporting personal care, daily living activities, medication administration, and community engagement.
 Location: Cumbria – covering various areas within the locality
 Contract: Agency AdHoc
 Pay: £13.69–£18.04 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
 Shifts: Days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins – flexible to suit your lifestyle
 Start Date: ASAP

Buccal Midazolam
Seizures & Epilepsy Awareness
Lone Working
Safe Handling & Administration of Medication
Minimum 12 months UK experience
Full Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
