Are you a caring, motivated, and kind person who likes to think on your feet? If you are committed and compassionate and want to start a career within the NHS, our Clinical Support Worker (CSW) role could be the perfect fit for you. The CSW role is flexible and challenging, with opportunities for career development and access to paid training courses. We are rated Outstanding for Caring by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) with a Good overall rating. CWP is committed to inclusive recruitment practices and values-based interviewing aligned to our Trust Values.
New starters will commence in post on one fixed start date each month, in line with our Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme, which offers up to 3 weeks of training to meet induction requirements. DBS costs are paid post-appointment, and applicants are encouraged to enrol in the DBS Update Service (£16/year).
We encourage applications from armed forces communities and other diverse backgrounds and welcome those with direct experience of using our services.
All new entrants start at the minimum of the stated pay scale. We reserve the right to close vacancies early if a large number of applications are received. Before applying, please review the Trust's Values and complete the application with examples that demonstrate these values and behaviors.
