What You'll Do:
* Provide exceptional customer support by resolving queries and connection issues efficiently.
* Engage proactively with potential customers who have shown interest via our website.
* Act as a brand ambassador, building awareness of our growing business across Glasgow.
* Utilise advanced tools to swiftly address customer issues—with expert support when needed.
* Manage inbound sales calls, identifying opportunities for upselling and customer retention.
