?? Job Details:
* Position: Factory Worker
* Location: Canvey Island, Essex
* Pay: £12.21 - £15.00 per hour (depending on shift)
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (overtime available)
?? Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the production and assembly of metal components
* Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
* Performing basic welding tasks (if experienced)
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following health & safety procedures
? Requirements:
* Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred
* Welding experience highly desirable
* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
