HR Generalist | £38,000 – £45,000 | Slough (5 days in office)
We’re looking for a confident, proactive HR professional who’s passionate about driving great people experiences and supporting a busy, evolving organisation.
As our HR Generalist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people — from managing employee relations to supporting on projects across HR systems, engagement, and culture.
You’ll work closely with managers and colleagues across the business, providing hands-on support and ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries, providing pragmatic, solution-focused advice.
* Supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes — onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding.
* Driving continuous improvement of HR systems, data accuracy, and reporting.
* Managing multiple HR projects at once — from engagement initiatives to process improvements.
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
* Partnering with managers to coach and support them in people-related decisions.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced or multi-project environment.
* CIPD Level 5 — strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
* Confident working with HR systems (HRIS experience is essential) and comfortable using data to inform decisions.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — able to influence and advise at all levels.
* Highly organised and resilient, able to balance competing priorities with professionalism and positivity.

Location: Slough (office-based, 5 days per week)
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
