We are looking for a Marketing Solution Lead – Dermatology who is strategic, collaborative and impact-driven to join our Dermatology Franchise, based in our Slough, UK offices.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the local marketing strategy for the main indication of our key brand within our Dermatology portfolio in UKI. You will translate European/Global strategies into relevant local initiatives and ensure their successful execution in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your work will directly contribute to sustainable growth, strong brand performance and improved outcomes for people living with dermatological conditions.
Who you’ll work with
You will be part of the Dermatology Franchise within the Immunology organization in UKI, reporting to the Franchise Head Dermatology. You will work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, Digital, Patient Solutions, Communications and Compliance. In addition, you will collaborate with the European Dermatology Community of Solution Leads, sharing insights and best practices in an inclusive, international environment that values diverse perspectives and ways of working.
What you’ll do
1. Further driving the marketing strategy for the Dermatology product portfolio in UKI
2. Drive sustainable sales growth and strengthen market leadership in defined patient segments
3. Through excellence in project management, localise and implement European/Global marketing strategies, campaigns and materials
4. Work closely with Sales, Medical and Market Access teams to ensure aligned execution of key projects
5. Lead and further develop the cross-functional Dermatology Product Group to continuously improve Brand communication and Brand materials
6. Collect, analyse and share key market, customer and performance insights
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
7. Bachelors’ degree in life sciences, business or healthcare required
8. Significant healthcare experience including at several years in marketing. Some experience in customer facing role will be an advantage
9. Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams
10. Proven cross functional project team’s leadership
11. Strong analytical abilities
12. Familiarity with digital marketing activities, strong background in omnichannel implementation
