The role of Bank Call Handler will include:
1. Undertaking responsive and proactive call handling duties

Skills and experiences:
5. Experience of working in a customer centre or customer service environment is essential
6. The ability to work under pressure
7. Proven experience of administration relating to customer service and complaints
8. Proven experience of effective communication at all levels
