JOB DESCRIPTION Personal Assistant A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF I am a bright creative and energetic 10 year old with a great sense of humour. I have a diagnosis of ADHD, Dyspraxia and PKU. I like animals and playing outside with other children and spending time on my computer playing games. I require a supportive Personal Assistant to help support me to navigate daily routines, emotional regulations and social interactions whilst keeping me safe at all times. PURPOSE OF JOB To provide one-one support at all times and help me develop my independence, build my confidence, and participate in meaningful activities at home and out in the community.
