Job Posting Title Head of Brand Salary Band £85, 000 - £100, 000 Grade: BL Job Description About the Role As Head of Brand, you’ll be a driving force behind how our brand comes to life—bringing clarity, creativity and momentum across everything we do. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape and deliver a compelling brand and content strategy, ensuring our purpose, values and member-first ethos are reflected in every interaction. You’ll own and evolve our brand narrative and positioning across the Group, creating bold, emotionally engaging campaigns and content that build trust, deepen member and community connection and strengthen our reputation. From always-on engagement to standout brand moments, you’ll ensure every touchpoint is consistent, distinctive and effective. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll bring pace and ambition to the Brand & Marketing function—raising creative standards, harnessing insight and data to drive performance, and positioning the organisation as one of the UK’s most financial services distinctive brands. You’ll also lead and inspire a high-performing team, manage agency partners and budgets, and champion a culture that is creative, collaborative and accountable. About You You’ll be a strategic and creative brand leader with a strong track record of building and activating modern, purpose-led brands—ideally within a regulated or service-led environment. You combine big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery, and you’re passionate about creating work that genuinely connects with people. You’re a natural self-starter who thrives on ownership and momentum, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and shape direction. You bring strong expertise in brand strategy, storytelling and multi-channel marketing, alongside the ability to simplify complex messages into clear, compelling narratives. You’ve led and developed teams, built collaborative partnerships and delivered impactful campaigns that drive both commercial outcomes and social value.
