Salary: Up to £62,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits including £2,621 pa car allowance
Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week
Location: Maidenhead - with opportunity to balance with remote working

Your Impact
Reporting directly to the Director of Property & Development, you’ll lead and embed our safety culture, maintaining high health and safety standards. From delivering tailored training programmes for staff to chairing the Health and Safety Panel, your work will empower teams and ensure compliance with evolving legislation. You’ll also oversee action plans and champion operational improvements, creating a safer environment for all.
What We’re Looking For
* Leadership and Expertise: Previous experience in a health and safety management role, including leading health and safety initiatives, providing expert advice and experience managing operating budgets.
* Qualifications: You will hold the IOSH qualification or equivalent, and either hold a NEBOSH qualification or be willing to undertake study with our support.
* Flexibility and Dedication: As our lead for Health and Safety and major incident response, you will be required onsite to provide advice when required and therefore a full UK driving licence and a roadworthy car insured for business use will be required.
