This is a high-impact operational role supporting a group of care homes through quality improvement, regulatory readiness, cultural development and leadership strengthening. The position would particularly suit an experienced, nurse-qualified operator with a track record in turnaround, troubleshooting or multi-site improvement support. The Opportunity As Regional Support Manager, you will provide hands-on operational leadership across a number of services, working closely with Home Managers and the Regional Operations Manager.
