What you'll do
As a Relationship Management Apprentice within our Commercial & Institutional – Commercial Mid Market Team, you will:
* Liaise with customers and prospective customers by focusing on building sustainable, long-term relationships, always prioritizing the customer experience and delivering positive outcomes.
* Conduct telephone meetings with customers, including service reviews and security/fraud checks. You may also attend face-to-face meetings occasionally.
* Support the management of customer contact strategies through diary planning and appointment bookings for Relationship Managers.
* Provide Relationship Managers with well-researched briefs and information for customer meetings.
* Contribute to risk management, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s requirements.
* Learn and understand the lending request process from start to finish, supporting its management.

What else you need to know
An apprenticeship is a development program. At NatWest, we offer apprenticeships for candidates with little or no qualifications or experience in the subject of study.
If you have substantial experience or qualifications, you may be overqualified and not meet the program criteria. Please review the FAQs before applying to ensure you meet the requirements.
Eligibility
It is preferable if you can provide evidence of Grade A-C or Level 4 Maths and English GCSEs or equivalents, but this is not mandatory to start as an apprentice. If you haven’t achieved these grades or cannot provide evidence, we will support you during your apprenticeship.
