Responsibilities
* Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal staff to process orders
* Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and maintaining strong professional relationships
* Record sales orders accurately and efficiently.
* Create promotional material (physically and online)
* Maintain organised filing systems.
* Ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming at all times.
* Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as required.
Experience
* Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are a must.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Competence in clerical duties including typing and data management.
