Job Summary
Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up, serves, cleans, and returns leftover food and equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assembles and delivers food and supplies.
* Logs food temperatures.
* Prepares tables and decorations.
* Arranges buffet setups.
* Serves food and beverages.
* Ensures cleanliness after events.
* Returns equipment and leftovers.
* Distributes customer comment cards.
* Maintains catering facilities and equipment.
* Provides courteous service.
* Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
* Ensures a safe, clean work environment.
* Follows safety and sanitation policies.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Valid driver's license may be required.
* Must obtain or possess a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit as required by law.
