About the role You will be … Predominantly telephony-based customer service role with an emphasis on consistency of quality providing our customers with a caring and proactive support service. We are passionate about first call resolution and customer experience. Provide up to date information about our products and services. Retain customers through promoting the benefits of our products. Supporting customers with online claims queries and helping them to register for our online services. You will have flexibility to work from home once training is completed. You will complete a 6-week training plan in our modern office in Sheffield city centre. Working with… A friendly and supportive team of 18 customer service advisors in our hub About you: Education and Qualifications A reasonable standard of education or equivalent qualifications/experience. Experience Experience of working in a target customer focussed environment. Sound experience of performing a computer-based task or role in a work environment Skills An ability to build rapport and a desire to go above and beyond for our customers. An ability to work to a high standard of customer service in line with our quality and performance metrics. Strong, clear, and effective communication skills so you exceed customer expectations. A genuine interest in helping people. Flexible and adaptable, open to change and new ways of working, with a positive can-do approach.
