Director – Integrated Digital & Social Lead About the Role Our client a leading Integrated comms consultancy, is seeking an ambitious and strategic SVP/ Director to lead their Digital & Social & Creative practice in the UK. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role focused on driving bold, integrated digital strategies and campaigns across a diverse B2B and B2C client portfolio and beyond. You will be at the forefront of shaping and expanding their digital offering in the UK & EMEA — partnering with clients across Consumer Brands, Technology, Corporate, Healthcare, and other emerging sectors. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with creative thinking, team leadership, and platform expertise. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership · Act as the senior strategic lead across all digital, social, and creative workstreams · Guide clients in developing impactful digital/Social media strategies that align with business objectives · Lead integrated campaign planning across paid, owned, and earned digital channels · Partner with C-level clients and stakeholders to deliver digital transformation and thought leadership Business Growth · Lead new business development in digital/social/creative – from pitch to proposal to win · Identify and grow organic opportunities within existing client relationships · Help shape the agency’s digital value proposition across key B2B industries Team & Operational Management · Lead, mentor and inspire a cross-functional team of strategists, creatives, content specialists, and analysts · Oversee programme delivery and quality across multiple accounts · Manage budgets, resourcing, and freelancer planning · Lead internal workshops, WIP meetings, and executive-level reviews Skills & Experience Required · 10 years in digital/Social Comms /marketing, with senior leadership in an earned / integrated agency setting · Deep expertise in developing and running integrated B2C and B2B Integrated Digital Comms campaigns · Sector Agnostic experience · Experience across the full marketing mix: strategy, brand, content & social (organic and paid), Influencer management performance.. Proven Paid Media experience and SEO is highly desirable · Proven ability to lead teams, grow accounts, and drive commercial performance · Confident communicator and presenter, especially with C-suite stakeholders Tools & Platforms Experience with the following is preferred: · Google Suite: GA4, Google Ads · Social Platforms & Tools: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Sprout · SEO & Analytics: SEMrush, SE Ranking · Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe/Marketo Channels · Must-have: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube · Bonus: Meta, TikTok, WeChat · £90,000 – £115,000 salary benefits · Play a pivotal role in building a high-growth digital business in EMEA · Work with top-tier B2B clients across complex, regulated, and high-impact sectors · Collaborate with global teams and access best-in-class resources · Join a forward-thinking, supportive culture that values innovation and autonomy
