Our client, a family-owned business specializing in fabrication and engineering, is currently seeking two Trainee Pipe Fitters to join their growing team based near Andover.

About the Role:
As a Trainee Pipe Fitter, you will support senior team members and gain valuable experience in:
1. Threaded pipework installation
2. Interpreting engineering assembly and fabrication drawings
3. Preparing materials for fabrication
4. Mechanical fit-up of welded pipework
5. Conducting pressure testing
6. Spray painting and finishing
7. Preparing manufacturing documentation
8. Performing inspections and reviewing certifications
What We're Looking For:
9. GCSEs (Grade 5 or above) in Maths and English (essential)
10. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required
11. Strong teamwork and communication skills
12. A friendly, respectful, and professional attitude
13. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Job Details:
14. Location: Andover
15. Duration: 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity
16. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
17. Rate: £12.21 per hour (basic rate)
