Are you a Coil Winder looking for a stable Monday to Thursday role (No Friday work) for an International Manufacturer known their supportive working environment and Structured pay rises aswell as optional Overtime to increase earnings?
This is a site-based production role within a large, established contract manufacturing business, focused on winding copper wire coils and supporting light electrical / electromechanical assembly work within a structured manufacturing environment.
This role is aimed at someone with previous coil winding experience, or a very closely related electrical assembly background involving precise winding, wiring, soldering or cable assembly work.
The Role:
* Wind copper wire coils to specification
* Follow job sheets, work instructions and production processes
* Use coil winding equipment, hand tools and basic assembly equipment
* Prepare, cut, strip, tape, insulate or finish wire and components where required
* Carry out visual checks and basic quality checks on completed work
* Maintain neat, accurate and consistent production standards
* Support light electrical / electromechanical assembly tasks where required
* Monday to Thursday only, 9 hours 45 minutes per day
* 39-hour working week
The Person:
* Coil Winder or similar
* Previous coil winding experience
* Able to follow work instructions and production processes accurately
* Good attention to detail
* Good hand skills and dexterity
* Comfortable with repetitive precision assembly work
* Reliable, careful and quality-focused
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment
Benefits:
* £13-£15 p/h
* Friday, Saturday and Sunday off every week
* Monday to Thursday only
