We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Training and Competence Support.
The role of a Training & Competence Support is to design and deliver training for new to role and existing Fraud Investigators with a primary focus of Mitigations/Suspects. The training delivery will be a combination of on-site face to face and virtual interactive sessions. To enhance your own skill development, you will be provided with a range of support through observations and feedback against the team’s strategic directives and overall, UK Fraud Operations performance Goals. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape, create and drive the highest levels of performance across UK Fraud Operations

* Demonstrate a high standard of support through written or verbal communication to the ongoing development and understanding of all trainees passing through Mitigations/Suspects training.
* Provide training and training material in line with procedures, ensuring understanding is achieved.
* Identify opportunities to enhance processes and procedures where practicable and suggest how these improvements can be made.
* Follow all guidelines published on the HSBC create page for all material publication and ensure that these are reviewed, updated, and recorded regularly.
* Build and maintain accurate records of all training sessions that are delivered in line with the audit requirements
* Provide surveys post training to review performance and material delivered in each session.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
* A demonstrable ability of driving success and continuous development through the utilisation of recognised coaching and/or training tools is essential
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
* Strong organisational and time management skills including scheduling and record keeping
* The ability to translate processes into audience friendly training packs
* A working knowledge of fraud systems and procedures would be preferable, however, not essential
This is a full time, hybrid role based in Birmingham.
