The Role
As a Contract Recruitment Consultant in London, you'll be:
* Networking, and developing new business
* Pitching AVA Energy services to potential clients
* Candidate sourcing via job boards
* Candidate screening by phone, video, or in-person
* Achieving set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
About you
* Minimum 1 years’ experience and success in contract recruitment
* Ideally experience in a similar sector
* A natural mentor and leader
* Competitive
* Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
* Money and target driven
