We're looking for adaptable, friendly Teaching Assistants ready to step in, support learning, and maybe even become a playground legend.
What You'll Do
* Work one-to-one or in small groups to keep pupils engaged and confident
* Help teachers with classroom prep, scissors, whiteboard pens, moral support
* Spot distractions before they turn into interpretive dance mid-lesson
* Keep a cool head, even when someone puts a pencil in the sharpener the wrong way
* Be a steady, supportive presence pupils can rely on
What You'll Need
* Experience working with children or young people (school, sports, or youth work all count)
* A calm, proactive, and patient attitude (bonus points if you've ever survived indoor wet play)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or happy to get one)
* A sense of humour and a genuine desire to help pupils succeed
