Job Overview:
Stewart Tower Dairy is looking to recruit a Cafe all-rounder to join our team working within our Ice Cream Parlour, Café and Farm Shop. We are looking to recruit full or part time staff for this position and will include working weekends. Primarily this role will be front of house working.
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, friendly personality to join our team helping offer exceptional customer service. You will be well presented and help uphold the positive reputation that Stewart Tower Dairy currently has within the local community. Whilst previous experience isn't necessary it is desirable, however, we are really looking for individuals that have a genuine interest in food and drink and providing excellent high level of customer service and an ability to work well in fast-paced work environments. Full training will be given, experience in a similar customer service driven role is preferred.. This role will require weekend working.

The requirements of the job include;
* Treating customers with friendly and welcoming manner
* Maintaining a high level of customer service
* Taking food and drinks orders from customers
* Serving food
* Making and serving hot drinks
* Using the till and handling money
* Assisting with the general daily tasks of running a Café and Farmshop
* Co-operating with colleagues and managers in a positive manner
