* Open new Sales and Purchase Accounts on Sage
* Cross check Credit Safe on a daily basis with our Sales Accounts
* Investigate credit requests and follow through to authorisation
* Assist with purchase ledger entry and queries
* Understand and be able to cover the credit control of the Sales Ledger over holiday periods
* Be able to take Credit Card payments online.
* Any other duties
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will:
* Be passionate about customer service
* Have a prior knowledge of Sage 50 and Excel
* Be able to converse effectively with customers and colleagues
* Have previous credit control experience
* Have an ability to work well within a team
