Job Description
Grafton Banks Finance are actively supporting a Brighton-based business in their search for an Accounts Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role sits within the finance department and will focus on supporting the Credit Control and Accounts Receivable functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Raising a high volume of invoices, including multi-invoices
* Generating credit notes and statements
* Posting cash receipts and processing reconciliations
* Printing invoices daily
* Liaising with clients regarding accounts receivable and sales ledger queries
* Processing billing tasks
The ideal candidate will:
* Be available at short notice for a May start
* Be able to commute to the Brighton office on a daily basis
* Possess strong systems skills, including Excel (VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, etc.)
