About You The successful candidate for this Commercial Property Partner role will ideally have 7 years’ PQE, can demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional client management skills, whilst ensuring all advice and service delivery meet the high standards of the firm. Proven experience in managing complex commercial property transactions and advisory work. Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members. Excellent communication and client management skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
