Overview
Clinic Administrator — Band 3, 25 hours, Permanent. This post will work within a locality providing full clerical support to Health Care Professional teams based at Ashton Primary Care Centre. The post holder will directly line manage a team of Clerical Officers at Ashton Primary Care Centre. The Administration service is contracted to work between 8.00am and 8.00pm, Monday to Saturday.
Important Notice on Visa Sponsorship Eligibility: please note that whilst the trust does offer sponsorship this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Health and Care Worker visa or skilled worker route, due to not meeting the minimum salary threshold of £41,700 per annum and/or the required skill level set by UK Visas and Immigration. Responsibilities
* Designated person responsible for Clerical Staff Management and development.
* Managing a range of secretarial/clerical support to Health Professionals and Allied Health Professionals.
* Undertake duties delegated by management, using own initiative and working without supervision, including financial management.
* Familiar with a full range of clerical/secretarial tasks and undertake specific duties.
* Undertake tasks requiring strict confidentiality.
* May be required to work from any Community Healthcare base according to the needs of the service.
* Operate within the service hours of 8am to 8pm using a rota system.
