Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of collaboration engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
2. Strategy Development: Define and execute the strategy for collaboration technologies, ensuring alignment with thepany's overall objectives and IT roadmap
3. Security andpliance: Ensure that all collaboration solutionsply with security policies and regulatory requirements
4. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of collaboration projects, ensuring they arepleted on time, within scope, and budget
5. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, ensuring best practices are followed in the design, implementation, and maintenance of collaboration solutions
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including IT, HR,pliance, InfoSec and Operations, to understand their collaboration needs and ensure effective integration of solutions
7. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services and stay current with the market
8. Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of collaboration solutions and identify areas for improvement
9. Innovation and Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in collaboration tools and platforms, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
10. Documentation and Training: Develop and maintainprehensive documentation for collaboration solutions and provide training to end-users and support teams as needed.
11. Metrics and Reporting: Define KPIs to measure performance, consumption, availability, issue trending, and more
Qualifications/Skills Required
12. Bachelor's degree inputer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
13. Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT or engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role focused on collaboration technologies.
14. Strong knowledge of collaboration tools and platforms, including mobility, (, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Exchange, Slack, SharePoint, InTune). Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies working in an agile environment. Proficiency in Powershell
15. Expertise with M365pliance management, including E-Discovery, Data Residency, Privacy and Security
16. Demonstrated ability to manageplex projects from inception topletion, ensuring successful oues
17. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
18. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
19. Deep understanding of end-user needs and amitment to delivering exceptional user experiences
20. Experience in regulated financial services firm preferred
