Job Purpose
The Third Party Coordinator will advise the Project Delivery Team to identify and mitigate potential customer and third-party issues early, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with the Delivery Manager to identify stakeholders and assess risks, updating assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
* Creating and managing a Stakeholder Management Plan to ensure effective engagement and timely issue resolution.
* Building relationships with Planning, Ecology, Access & Acquisitions, and the Area Engagement Lead to secure necessary permits and avoid delays.
* Sharing project information via ProjectWise and contributing to reports to keep the team informed.
* Conducting assurance activities like customer and site visits to monitor and improve project performance.
