Transformation Communications Manager (FTC)
Location: London
Contract: Fixed-term until June 2027
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Transformation Communications Manager to support a major business and technology transformation programme. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys being embedded in a fast-moving programme environment and taking ownership of communications end-to-end.
You'll play a key role in enabling the successful adoption of new enterprise systems, including a significant Oracle Fusion upgrade and Workday optimisation, working closely with change, technology and business teams.
This is not a purely strategic or BAU communications role - it's about making things happen, producing high-quality content and ensuring messages land with the right audiences at the right time.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering transformation communications to support major system and process change
* Creating clear, engaging content across multiple formats (announcements, FAQs, toolkits, intranet updates, leadership packs, etc.)
* Developing and executing communications plans for Oracle and Workday initiatives
* Segmenting audiences and tailoring messaging to different stakeholder groups
* Working closely with Change Managers to align comms with adoption and readiness activity
* Partnering with programme and subject-matter experts to translate complex change into simple, actionable messages
* Using BAU communications channels and templates while owning transformation-specific content
What We're Looking For
Essential
* Proven experience delivering communications for a technology or business transformation programme
* Strong, hands-on content creation skills
* Experience supporting system implementations or optimisations (ERP, finance or HR systems)
* A practical, delivery-oriented mindset - comfortable rolling your sleeves up
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working across business and technology teams
* Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in either London or Sunderland
Desirable
* Experience working on Oracle, Workday, or similar enterprise systems
* Background in head-office or corporate systems transformation environments
