Arthur have partnered with a leading Insurer who are seeking a Conduct Risk Specialist to join their Conduct team. This is a full time, permanent role reporting into the Senior Conduct Risk Manager and will be based in London on a hybrid basis. Main duties: Act as a subject matter expert on Conduct Risk, Consumer Duty, FCA Pricing Practices, and related UK/EU regulatory requirements. Support and enhance the Conduct Risk framework, procedures, and systems in the UK and EEA. Develop and enhance conduct management information to support operational oversight. Conduct regulatory horizon scanning and assess the impact of new conduct-related requirements. Assist with regulatory reporting submissions to FCA, ACPR, and Lloyd’s. Manage end-to-end complaints handling, including the Lloyd’s CareSmart system and drafting responses. Oversee third-party complaints handlers, reviewing performance and complaints trends. Handle escalated complaints, including preparing case files and proposing resolution offers. Prepare and present conduct and complaints reports for internal committees and regulatory meetings. Review delegated authority arrangements from a conduct compliance perspective. Participate in annual product reviews to assess fair value. Experience: 4 years experience within Conduct Risk within Insurance Strong experience with Consumer Duty Strong experience with Complaint handling European Conduct experience is desirable but not essential Please note this role requires Insurance experience and UK RTW
