The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Sales Executive for the Heath Information Systems Division (HISD) you will be responsible for building pipelines by identifying new business from prospects as well as expansion, up sell and renewal opportunities in the existing customer base to achieve year to year sales growth tied to achieving sales targets of our MModal Speech Recognition / Artificial Intelligence / Natural Language Understanding products. You will be part of the Health Information Systems Division and will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Achieving /exceeding agreed sales targets and contributing to Division targets Hunting for new leads and cultivating these into credible opportunities Closing sales by building rapport with new accounts, explaining MModal's solutions, and preparing terms of the agreement Driving utilization of the HISD product portfolio - initially focused on MModal speech recognition / Natural Language Understanding products, and ultimately selling the full end to end solution offered within HISD Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of MModal's products, articulately and confidently Industry network and connection building using a range of methods and approaches. Applying on site and virtual selling techniques as part of the Sales toolkit Developing and managing favourable relationships with key decision makers (Transformation Leaders, C-Suite executives) Supporting tender submissions Representing HISD at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or IT, or equivalent through experience Experienced in Healthcare IT software solutions sales AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Demonstrated effective use of selling skills consistently achieving or exceeding goals Direct client relationship management including executive level Sales experience of speech recognition IT solutions for Health Care markets would be an advantage Current, valid Driver's License Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 'Hunter' mentality in driving sales opportunities to a successful close Excellent relationship building skills Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate for healthcare and HealthTech Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Excellent presentation and educational skills Highly effective influencing skills Unwavering integrity to deliver shared successes Work location: Hybrid Travel: May include up to 50-60% domestic Role Location: UK region Ideal candidate location: Central UK preferable Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
