£37,000 per annum plus circa £12,000 service charge
Working 3 doubles and 2 singles per week

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef
Supporting the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
Cooking high-quality, beautifully presented dishes with consistency and care
Helping to train and mentor junior team members
Taking ownership of sections and stepping up when required
Maintaining excellent hygiene, safety, and kitchen standards
This role would suit a strong Junior Sous Chef or experienced Chef De Partie with previous experience in a Rosette-level or quality fresh food kitchen, who is ready to learn, contribute, and grow in a focused but friendly environment.
